Leo Patalinghug, Author of “Grace Before Meals: Recipes for Family
Life,” to Conduct Lenten Mission Join us in St. Michael the Archangel Church, 10 Willow Ave. in Overlea, on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, March 14, 15 and 16 at 7 p.m., for our Lenten Mission which will be conducted by Fr. Leo Patalinghug. Fr. Leo studied philosophy at Theological College at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He holds advanced theological degrees from the Pontifical Gregorian University and Pontifical Maranium Institute in Rome. Currently, he is a member of the faculty at Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary where he directs the Pastoral Field Education Program for future priests. Following the publication of Fr. Leo’s first book, “Grace Before Meals: Recipes for Family Life,” he produced a widely-acclaimed pilot cooking show for PBS. The Food Network featured the Steak Fajita Throw Down between Fr. Leo and Bobby Flay! Fr. Leo won the challenge. Fr. Leo has graciously agreed to a cooking demonstration in our gym following the conclusion of the Mission. To learn more about Fr.
