Strayer Contracting is looking for a full-time foreman for our commercial contracting business
We are a commercial drywall and acoustical contractor but handle all projects, including general contracting. You must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience as a foreman. Must be able to complete the installation of metal framing, insulation, drywall and acoustical grid and tile. Must be able to read and fully understand blueprints. Must have transportation and all tools (this includes a willingness to use and work with tools). Preferably is computer literate and able to use Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to work under tight deadlines and directions while using sound judgment to direct work and workers, make sure all schedules are met, and to track the job properly.
